A judge may order supervised visitation for many reasons such as:
- To give the visiting parent a chance to address specific issues;
- To help reintroduce a parent and child after a long absence ;
- To help introduce a parent and child when there has been no existing relationship between them;
- When there is a history or allegations of domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, or substance abuse;
- When there are parenting concerns of mental illness

Visitation
- Choice of locations in San Mateo County, Santa Clara County and San Francisco County. Home visit, if court approved, parks, library, bowling, movies, etc.
- Child centered / interactive visitations
- Parent modeling, supportive, guidance if necessary
- Ensure safety in the home
- Flexible hours, days, evenings and holidays
- Home Inspection when requested
Reports
- Charge for in depth report if requested by the Judge, Family Court Services, Special Master, or child's attorney
- Facts, observations and direct statements; no personal conclusions, suggestions, opinions or recommendations by the provider.
Rates
- One child, $60 an hour + mileage San Mateo County, Santa Clara County and San Francisco County
- Two children, $65 an hour + mileage San Mateo County, Santa Clara County and San Francisco County
- Consultation intake available for custodial parent and child
